windows 10 file explorer not highlighting

The lag is seen after 0:05 seconds of the video. saving/uploading file to Chrome) but not in Explorer itself. I noticed the highlighting works in prompt boxes (i.e. Sad to see theres not a response in 3 days. Go to Task Manager>Processes> Right Click 'Windows Explorer'> Restart. No I meant when we highlight the folders to be selected, left click and drag, there is a lag, pls watch the difference between me doing that in the desktop ( smooth ) vs inside a file explorer window ( pictures ) where it lags, you can notice it at the first file which comes under the highlighting window which is named 'untitiled'. What I did was to fix it is to restart 'Windows Explorer' task. It goes towards them but never reaches them, you never take it all the way to them, and from the way it changes direction I don't see any lag either. You're using the Advanced Find box because when you click Find next, the text is selected, not just highlighted as it is when you use the Navigation pane. I have to say I have looked at your video and I don't see your mouse clicking on any folders in Explorer.
